The Ceremony of Offering Alms to 323 temples in four Southern provinces has been initiated by the Most Ven. Phrathepyanmahamuni (Dhammajayo Bhikkhu), Abbot of Wat Phra Dhammakaya.  He realizes the trouble of these monks who cannot go out for the Morning Alms Round so he has arranged this ceremony to offer money, rice and dried food.  It was arranged in the first time on June 7th, 2005 at Wat Mujjalinthavapivihara in Muang district, Pattani province and we have arranged it for 9 years by the support and the cooperation of public and private sectors and people in four unrest southern provinces.

Moreover, we have brought the consumer products such as rice, canned food, instant food, medicines, etc to offer the monks in 323 temples in these provinces for over 9 years, 2005 – 2014.  The total amount of the helping alms is over 1,300 tons.
